The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Three spacious bedrooms provide room for up to eight guests, with six beds distributed throughout the unit. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water, offering convenience for families or groups traveling together.



Living area

The family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and comfortable seating, perfect for winding down after a theme‑park adventure. Central air conditioning and heating keep the indoor climate just right, and a free washer and dryer in the unit simplify longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

A large kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and basic cooking supplies, giving you the option to prepare meals at home. A dining space nearby makes it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a busy day.

The Storey Lake Resort community offers a shared pool, hot tub, lazy river, splash pad, mini‑golf, outdoor playground, sport courts, canoe and kayak launch, and a nearby shared gym. Nearby dining and shopping options are within a couple of miles for added convenience.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in front of the building. Our condo is located on the 4th floor of the building - the building does include elevators to access the condo.

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
