During the 7 days that we stayed there my family didn`t sleep well one single night. The mattresses in the second bedroom were terrible. We complained 2 times and the answer was that they were waiting for a response from the owner in order to get new mattresses. The second day the toilets, the bathrooms sinks, the kitchen sink and the shower got completely clogged at the same time. We had to wait at least 6 hours to get them repaired. The lazy river is not located in the same property like they show in the pictures. All the staff were very nice during our stay.

Very nice condo and clean on arrival. Unfortunately this particular condo is right outside the pool area which began playing LOUD music everyday at 9am (or early) until 9pm. The music did stop at 9 and it was quiet for sleeping but if you are going to spend any significant time there during those hours it becomes very annoying/unbearable

Loved the screened-in patio overlooking the pool. It was an excellent property but we were surprised by a few things: there were no towel bars to hang your towels on, no toilet tissue holder in the master bath, we had to buy a pan to bake something in the oven. It was just not as well stocked as others we’ve been in. Otherwise, it was perfect.
