Two night stay, either side of taking my daughter to see Hollywood Vampires. Hotel in a good spot, easy to reach, good dining options.
Went to Casino Rama .The shuttle was good and the driver was also very good. Had a good time . Would stay again. Thanks B
The hotel was clean and the food excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought it was a little pricy but otherwise everything was good.
This was a great short get-away for us to see a show with the Hotel being only a short drive from Casino Rama. The Hotel had a shuttle bus if we wanted and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had exactly the room that would work best for us even though there was a slight oversight on our reservation on my part. Very friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I will come here again when in Orillia.
I was working on a construction site about 15 minutes from this hotel, the frond desk was helpful in making the reservation, and the rooms were quiet, comfortable and very spacious. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a better cream option for the coffee. It was a shame to have a somewhat higher-grade coffee option available, only to dump some mystery powder into it.
We were touring the area and planning on going to Casino Rama (their hotel rates are absolutely insane); this hotel was amazing, very clean, the staff were great, the pool and hot tub were so clean compared to other hotels we have stayed in, the food was comparable to any 5 star hotel we have stayed in around the world, having a shuttle service to the casino was great, keep up the good work.
Caught in the rain - sent to back door with keys that did not function. Desk clerk acted put out by key request and gave new keys that did not function well either. (More standing out in the rain.) We did see the largest woodchuck ever outside our room. The worst thing was that the room stunk terribly. No bathroom exhaust either. Other guests were heard complaining about the stench.
Wonderful experience. Room was large and clean. Pool and hot tub were great! Restaurant on premises was fabulous.
