Dieser Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Bilder sind sehr aktuell. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und Patricia und Bruno sind ebenfalls super nett und tolle Vermieter

We found paradise

Villa Thomarine is perfect!! The stay was with my spouse, but is perfect for two couples, or a family. The Villa is very modern, has its own private pool and has an amazing view of Orient Beach and the village. It is well stocked with everything you need, plus more; and we were provided with beach/pool towels. I would recommend a car for this location, as it is 15 minute walk to the beach, or a pretty steep 30 min walk back. You can find taxis if you want to walk down and taxi back up. The Villa is in a very safe location, as Orient Bay is a gated community and the villa is inside another gated location with 6 other villas. Patricia and Bruno were fantastic, and were willing to work with us on dates as we had a family emergency come up at the last minute. Luckily everything worked out and we were able to arrive on time. There are many great restaurants with-in a 5 minute drive and 2 grocery stores with-in 10 minutes. The location is perfect, and we have already talked about returning with friends.

Fantastic Stay

The villa is a fanstatic home base to enjoy the pleasures of St Martin while exploring the island. Super clean, comfortable and well-appointed, I highly recommend for a small group stay.

February 2023 visit

We were very impressed with this property. Our party of five stayed for a week and there was more than enough room for the four adults and one teenager. The pictures are very accurate as to what is there. Two bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom upstairs with an ensuite. Communication with Patricia and Bruno was very easy and they were very responsive to any issues, of which we had none. I rated it a 4 star for Location due to the fact that it is located a very short distance (10 m) from a busy roadway resulting in significant noise from the heavy trucks braking when going downhill or heading uphill in first gear. This was a great place to stay as it had everything we could have possibly needed.

Amazing stay at Villa Thomarine

My family of three (my husband and our 7 y/o son) had an amazing, relaxing and very comfortable 8 nights stay at Villa Thomarine. The villa is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, comfortable beds, the view is just beautiful. The villa is well equipped with all the modern amenities we needed for our entire stay. The pool is so nice to come back to in the afternoon after spending the day at the beach. The location is in a very secure Orient Bay area and very close to the beaches and orient village where all the delicious restaurants are, not to miss! For us, this was a perfect home base especially this was our first time visiting Saint Martin. Easy to drive around and visit other beaches on the Dutch and French side. Patricia is the villa manager, she is communicative and very friendly. Reliable and always there to answer our questions before and during our stay. Thank you again for hosting us and making our SXM stay a memorable one. I highly recommend Villa Thomarine.
