The unit had large rooms, really nice verandah space with quality outdoor lounging. The mattresses were top rate and very comfortable. We rent many places and these were excellent. The location was great. The concierge was very helpful and nice.

Great location!

Our group was comprised of two couples. The condo was roomy and had most everything you needed.If you plan to use the washer and dryer, bring your own detergent as none is supplied. The dryer was broken while we were there but the clothes dried quickly out on the porch (there is a clothes line and drying rack).Garbage bags are not supplied either. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe 7 minutes to the town square. Both very easy walks.Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler are all available. They even have connections with two of the beach bars for free chair rentals. We went to KKO each time because they would let us bring our own cooler. However, we still purchased lunch and a few drinks from our waiter out of respect. The condo host, Maeva, was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Great condo! We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful apartment

We loved our stay in beautiful Orient Beach. Our host Maeva was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless and exactly as the pictures showed. Close walking to beach, stores and restaurants. We will stay again!!!

Love! Love! Love!

It's exactly like the photos. Clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need from towels and beach chairs to cooking spices. Beds were firm and great. Linen sheets. AC in every room. Awesome balcony with very pretty views. Walking diatance to some of the finest restaurants in the Caribbean, a small grocery store and boutique shopping. 3 minute walk to Cocoa Beach or KKO Beach clubs. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Can't help Caribbean issues- water went out several times but the unit comes with an electric cistern so we had water when needed. Electricity went out a couple times. Nothing we can do about that. To note- the hot water tank is tiny for the number of people this apartment can hold. No more than one shower at a time and we needed to get wet, turn off the water, lather and then rinse so there would be hot water for the next person. Not a biggie for us- we made it work. Bring bug spray - use it often and liberally even at the beach. Noseeums are a thing, so dont let bug bites ruin your vacation. This apartment is at the intersection of busy and noisy. Its off the main road in and out of Orient Bay. Road traffic dies down at night, so it gets quiet, but the quads, motorcycles and delivery trucks start up early. Noise sensitive folks take note. Didn't bother us at all tho. This apartment is awesome and we will be back next year!
