Enjoy dinning on its large terrace and relaxing on a deck chair in its private garden, after a dip in the pool or at the beach accessible by the garden The fully equipped kitchen is open to a spacious and bright living room. Two bedrooms with large double beds, closets and bathroom, welcome you for the night....

Travelers can use all the house, the garden and the swimming pool. They can park their car in a reserved parking space near the apartment.

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. The accommodation is equipped with a water cistern, in case of water cut you will have a relay with the installation, so no water problem for you.

Our stay was great. Property was beautiful and close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Laurene the property manager was very helpful. Whenever we needed something she made sure it was taken care of. We stayed the month of February to escape the cold winter at home. The weather this time of year was great. There were only two draw backs we had during our stay which were totally out of the property owner and managers control. First there were mounds of seaweed on Orient Bay Beach the entire month we were there, while other beaches had none. Second the water on the French side would stop running between 6 and 10 pm and would not be turned back on until 6-7:30 am each morning. Besides that it was a great vacation!
