Our 11 spacious 550 sq ft studios are located in the Mont Vernon residence, steps from Orient Beach, the complex has a large swimming pool, tropical gardens, a laundry, a new grocery store with fresh baguettes, croissants, fresh and frozen products, a pizzeria and parking lots
Our studios have been completely renovated this year 2021, they are well appointed, finely decorated and all identical inside.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils for making your favorite dishes.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap and shampoo) a hairdryer and we provide small and large towels and beach towels,
Each studio has air conditionned, a large king size bed and a convertible sofa for 1 to 2 additional persons, a lounge area with flat screen TV, French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shutter , private Wifi with very good speed (free), 110 / 220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and computers, safe, ironing board and iron.
The balcony or patio has a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to savor your meals while enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
The Mont Vernon residence is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet in a gated community with 24 hour security at the foot of Orient Bay beach, it is the perfect environment for an active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of Orient bay, St Barth, Tintamarre and the Pinel island, further on the beach are many restaurants, bars, shops and watersport activities (windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and so on ...)
To fully enjoy all the beaches that Saint Martin has to offer, we also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler

Relaxed and charming

Clean and comfortable condo. The furniture was comfortable, everything worked, comfortable bed, excellent and spacious bathroom. Loved the shower. Didn’t use the kitchen but it looked adequately stocked. Great view down Orient Beach.The property was very nice. It used to be a resort. There’s a pizza place and s grocery store on site. The pool is huge and amazing. People were very friendly. There is free parking.The location was perfect. It’s on the north end of Orient Beach which is the quiet end. It’s a relatively short 10-15 minute walk down the beach to some wonderful restaurants. We ate at several of them and never had a bad meal. You are also about a 5 minute car ride from Grand Case which also has lots of great restaurants and shops and is fun to explore. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway!!

Property is a perfect beach getaway. Clean, safe, and a balcony view straight to the beach. Perfect location for excellent restaurants. A short drive or walk away. All amenities were in great shape and worked, fabulous little Pizza restaurant a short walk away. Has a convenience store that had lots of treasures right next to the pizza shop. Host is responsive either by phone call or text excellent information about the area to heighten the experience. Overall excellent stay, I will return!

Mont Vernon est vraiment près de tout les services. La vue est superbe et les installations sont correct. de la voiture à un studio du 3e il faut compter 95 marche, donc il ne faut pas avoir de problème de mobilité.

La vacanza vista mare.

Assolutamente esperienza stra positiva. Appartamento ben tenuto, con tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici necessari per una breve vacanza e con tutti i confort che ci si aspetta di trovare in una casa vacanze. Zona tranquilla, lontano dal traffico e dal caos che in alcuni giorni a SXM è veramente importante. Il valore aggiunto è sicuramente l'ampio balcone che permette di fare colazione affacciati al mare, dando proprio sulla baia. Amaury è sempre stato disponibile, sia di persona che su whatsapp.
