ProsThe unit was as described in the posting.View from balcony was great, looking right out at the Ocean and also able to monitor the children playing in the pool.Short drive to grocery and diningShower was great and lots of room on the bathroom vanity.Pool was great lots of chairs and cleaned dailyBeach chairs and cooler were great to have as renting chairs on the beach can be very expensive.Host was quick to respond to all my questions.Lots of parking at the bottom of the hill which wasn't to far from the unit.Market on site has all the essentialsPizza restaurant was open daily if you don't feel like cooking or going out.Orient Bay is a 15min walk down the beach or a 5min car ride so lots to do there but pretty ConsNo sharp knifes, and dishes were dirty on arrival. They had been cleaned but just not to our standards.Lots of cats and dogs roaming the property and twice during the week they decided to do their business in the corridor outside our unit. Doesn't appear to be anyone maintaining the property so the feces is just left there until someone decided to take matters into their own hands. Pull out ouch mattress is in need of replacement I could feel every spring. Adding a gel cover would help but honestly was difficult to sleep on.Overall I would recommend this studio as it has everything you need to relax. If your used to luxury accommodations you might want to keep looking
