Beds were a bit bouncy for my liking but literally everything else was great! Walking distance to plenty of dining and entertainment, the front office staff was friendly and quick, beautiful view from our ocean view room.

Window cranks broken, fell out of wall. No way to lock window and on ground level. Outlet covered in blue tap assume not working. Room lock difficult to opperate. Hot tub with several missing tiles. Staff wonderful.

The bed was probably 20 years old. The carpet was so disgusting and stained I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. The bath tub was so dirty the bottom of it was black and the hair build up in the drain was at least from multiple stays. I refused to use it. Ultimately I only stayed because I could get another room somewhere else but I woke up and left at 4am because the room was so awful.

Beautiful view from the room problem was is that there wasn’t one of us one of the guest slept on the floor because there was no bed in the room. It wasn’t the room that I told I was getting. I was told I was getting two rooms with the kitchenette and refrigerator, but it’s not a refrigerator. It’s not what I expected. It was a little walk and we went deep-sea fishing where we supposed to put our fish. They’re supposed to be a big freezer. They were supposed to be a place to cook there was nothing. The only good thing about the maids never showed up every day had to go and get our had to go and pick up our towels and ask for the toilets plugged up every single day sometimes twice a day other than that the only thing good about the stay was that it was I think the best thing was the view and it was above the beach. That’s the only thing it had going for it other than that the maids didn’t speak. English had an interpreter couldn’t interpret. They tried they tried, but they couldn’t. The toilet kept backing up sometimes twice a day at night they close at 11 o’clock nobody’s there and how are you gonna get the toilet unplugged so you sit there all night with it just wasn’t worth the money I paid when I stay there again probably not. Will I use you again probably not cause I don’t like doing that you know I like paying for what I got and I don’t think I deserve that

Understaffed

Room wasn’t ready until 7pm and we helped make the beds. They wouldn’t let us use the bathroom in the office (there is no lobby). It would be a perfectly serviceable hotel and great location otherwise.

Very Economic/Have Low Expectations

Staff was nice. However, initially was checked into a room that was not cleaned. Beds were made but sheets were obviously not changed and dirty, floor was really dirty, fridge still had food from past guest, bathroom not cleaned, etc. We were able to get checked into another room, not significantly better, but beds were better. We ended up asking for cleaners to clean bathroom and shower areas just to have some peace of mind. It’s old hard keys and we had a heck of a time keying into our room every-time (had to do the Ace Venture key jiggle to get in). Fridge was on its last legs and windows needed cleaned, and for an ocean view room that is important. They were finally cleaned on our last day of a four day stay. Our room hadn’t been updated for quite some time, didn’t look anything like the pictures when booking. Pool and hot tub were dated and rough, but they worked.

I didn’t get the room till 4:30 Door was very squeaky Very dusty, the hot tub stopper wasn’t working there was no AC unit in my room but a stand fan Over all I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECCOMEND TO ANYONE.

The ocean view is the only thing that made the stay somewhat enjoyable. Cleaning crew did not clean much of anything and room smelled like a gym. Hot tub was cloudy and barely warm at best.
