We weren’t told you had to request housekeeping so that would have been nice to know. We could have used it, no bags in the garbages when we arrived, could have used clean towels the next day, etc. Also not as close to the beach as we thought (we should have checked that.). Otherwise an average stay. Breakfast was ok and the staff was pleasant. You could hear noise from other guests.

The only issue I had was noise. My gosh was it loud. Banging from all my room neighbors, right, left and top. Banging and some other noises all through the night. Thankfully I had earplugs.

It was a pretty good stay. The other hotel guests were loud and a little inconsiderate it’s a no smoking property and I had to cut my stay short due to my partners asthma acting up from all the smoking that was happening. The staff were very nice and the room was clean I just wish it didn’t smell so heavily of cigarettes.

This is our go to place to stay in Lincoln city. They’re always kind and helpful! We love the free breakfasts, good quality food. The pool and hot tub hours go until I believe 10, and then between 10 and midnight it’s adults only! Our rooms are always nice and clean and comfortable! Keep up the great work, see you next visit! Amazing staff here! We checked in just before midnight and the woman at the front desk was so pleasant. We were exhausted and check in was a breeze! The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

After reading many of the Google reviews, we were quite hesitant to stay here, but many of these negative reviews were quickly proved false. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel in general was just very homey and warm. By no means a Hilton, but still clean and fairly-well unkept. The property is very child-friendly but surprisingly not loud. It was excellent for the price. There were only a couple negative aspects to our stay, the biggest being the complimentary breakfast served. The options given were extremely limited and not accommodating to food sensitivities/allergies. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will absolutely be returning.
