There was no hot water for the shower the entire 5 days we were there. told them about it to. There was a mess up on my last night i was there, one of the guys that was new helped me figure out why the t.v. was not working. They said they would give me a discount, never did. This place was not like this when we used to come down and stay. The warm pool was the only thing that went right,it was relaxing. Also we stayed in the king suite, nice space, just everything else was wrong about it.

Room was clean. Hot tub was lukewarm at best. TV didn’t work. Only had really thick, hard pillows that made for a not very good nights’ sleep. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage but no toast.
