The beach View was spectacular. The pool was still a little cold but the kiddos loved it. Our family had a great time. The air conditioning didn’t cool. It didn’t get below 74 in the condo. It wasn’t to bad since it wasn’t to hot outside but would have like for it to be cooler. But, overall it was great.

Definitely not big enough to comfortably sleep 11. We brought 2 queen size air mattresses and ended up using both of them. Floor was dirty and sandy when we arrived and my husband ended up vacuuming and mopping.
