They cleaned the hot tub daily! Great beach view from the balcony. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill.condo was large enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Kids loved the lazy river, slides, splash pad, and all the pools.

This is an amazing property and condo. Beautifully appointed, right on the beach. BUT— next to tower C is construction. They are pile driving right now. This woke us up every day at 0730 and it was also impossible to sit and enjoy the patio during the day bc of the loud loud noises. I would consider coming back and staying in the other tower or returning at a later date after the loudest part of the construction was completed. I know this is out of the control of the owner but this definitely had a big negative impact on our experience.

Family Vacay ‘25

Turquoise Place is perfect. This condo has an incredible view! Beautiful decor, great amenities, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Great place for families to have an amazing vacation! We would definitely return.

Awesome place to stay at

Place was beautiful and spacious for my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids under 5). Check in process was easy and effortless. Liked how well communication is handled and very prompt especially when we had A/C problems the first night we were there. Place was very clean and loved how every bathroom was filled with plenty of towels for our 5 day stay. Had plenty of utensils to use for cooking. Bonus - loved how they had an ice machine to load up our coolers every day along with our water bottles without having to buy ice every day. For sure will stay here again.

4 day stay before graduation

Brought granddaughter and 3 friends for a quick trip before graduation. Unit was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. The girls did get rowdy one evening, actually after midnight, and I truly didn’t think anyone else was on our floor. Would have appreciated a warning call, prior to manager walking in, she was very upset. I assured her that it would be handled and it was. But in the future, please give a warning call before barging in. The girls were 100% wrong and as the chaperone I should have shut it down earlier. Just feel it could have been handled a little different. The Turquoise is known for deluxe accommodations and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend in the future.

Beach fun

Very clean , new. Huge refrigerator and latest model kitchen appliances. Beds very comfortable. Large balcony with hot tub. Great view of beaches and pool area. Complex has 2 indoor pools and 2 large outdoor oils Splash pad area for small children and mammoth slide for children 48 inches tall. Great place to stay

Wonderful Fall Break Family Vacation

The condo was immaculate. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! The property was INCREDIBLE. Even with the cold snap, my kids had a wonderful time. After they went to bed in the evenings, husband and I would enjoy the hot tub and the sounds of crashing waves. We even took the kids for a movie night on the roof of the new building. They were showing nightmare before Christmas! It was such a nice trip.

Dated Turquoise Property

For years we've vacationed at Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, and always wanted to experience the Turquoise in Orange Beach. We stayed last week with perfect weather, but the condo was average at best. Receptacles that didn't work, GFI's that wouldn't reset, breakers tripping when cooking, beeping fire alarms (batteries) and lights that didn't work on the balcony- kind of hard to use the only balcony mounted grills in Orange Beach if you can't see what you're cooking. The management company was alerted and was slow to respond- many weren't even fixed/addressed by time we left. Won't be back to this facility, and won't use Alabama Getaways Property Management again.

Great Family VACATION

This property is AMAZING !! We did have an issue with washing machine but the property manager had it fixed within 2 hours and brought extra towels and wash clothes to help .The property managers and staff are very responsive to any questions or concerns and this is the most beautiful Condo we have ever stayed in. Would recommend this unit

Condo is extremely nice. Construction on property will awaken you @ 6am daily. Hot tub/legionella notice came to us two weeks prior to arrival 5/25. Seemed late notice. Our hot tub was taken offline Day 1 - had to be drained, cleaned & refilled two days later. A little frightened to use anyway.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Incredible beach views. Spacious to hang out in for those chillier days and incredibly comfortable. The furnishings were absolutely stunning and the kitchen was fully stocked. We went to Joe Pattis in Pensacola, got some fresh fish and made some fabulous dinners “in” via the grill on the patio. Indoor/outdoor pool was great, beach was lovely and Taylor had our chairs set up in the same spot every day. It was a lovely vacation and easily drivable from Chicago. If we go back to orange beach, we will absolutely stay in this condo.

Thanksgiving at the beach

This was an amazing property. The condo was larger than your average building which was nice when staying for a week. The hot tub on the balcony was a wonderful feature for this time of year. Would highly recommend the unit and property.
