Perfect condo for a quick beach getaway. You can see a part of the beach from the balcony. Very spacious and clean. My only complaint is the mattress on the pull out couch is very thin but everything else was wonderful. Would stay again but would use an air mattress for other guests instead of couch. The kids loved the pools.

Couldn't find a potato masher but made due mashing with a spoon. Forgot plastic wrap and few bowls had lids but made due with zip lick bags and used plates as lids. Teflon pans very scratched and needed lids for frying pans but with all this said, realize renters abuse/steal things so we were happy overall.

Great Location!

If you want to be steps from the beach, this is the place. In the smaller building right by the tennis courts, and close to a gate for beach access which was convenient with two kids. Washer/dryer combo and full kitchen amenities were great. Parking is tight and limited and elevator is hot, but those cons definitely didn’t deter our trip!
