Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, custom tile backsplash, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The location of the room was the best part about our stay. Phoenix west is a very nice beach resort. The lazy river and water slide are great for families with small children. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Perfect for a large group. We would stay again. Wish there were more towels included and the door stop was broken which made it annoying to open and close the door every time we left or arrived. Other than that, we had no issues.

Granny Spring Break

Easy check in process. Beautiful condo and very comfortable for 4 newly retired nurses. Only complaint is kitchenwares were not cleaned with stuck on food on cookies sheets and silverware (don't know if this is a dishwasher problem) 1 coffee cup has crack in it and drips coffee. Was not informed that you only get 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of TP per bathroom. As we run out on our last day we did not want to go buy more. We made do and consolidated what we could. Overall beautiful condo, fun times. Would rent again
