Old, Outdated, and Gross
The lobby in the complex smells like mold. The elevators are filthy and the glass in the atrium is dirty. The pool has cloudy water and a filthy scum all the way around the pool at the water line that people have scratched their names into. The door going into my unit (81103) had a huge rusty gash in it. The ceiling fans were so out of balance they were about to wobble out of the ceiling. The unit was not cleaned properly. The fridge had food stains inside. The placemats at the table were dirty. The chairs at the dining room table had crumbs in them. The rugs in the master bedroom and the living room were filthy. There were dirty towels left hanging in the guest bathroom. The mirror in the living room had dirty little kid handprints all over it. The nightstand in one of the guest bedrooms had food stains on it. The door to the guest bathroom had stains on it. The wall in the master bath by the sink was dirty. The fan in the master bath had mold on it. The air vents for the AC were filthy and there was black stains on the ceiling from all of the filth blowing out of them. The tvs were old and outdated and none of them were smart tvs. There was still a VCR in the room. The dryer vent was dirty and it took over an hour to dry a load of clothes. There is no help from the front desk after 5:00 pm. They charge $55 a car for parking. This place is like a $480 a night Motel 6. I would be reluctant to stay in a Phoenix complex or in a property managed by the same company.
