Phoenix II 2014 Welcome to Paradise
Phoenix II 2014 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo that sleeps up to six guests. This unit is new to our rental program, and we’re excited to welcome guests to this comfortable coastal retreat. We are currently in the process of capturing photos and will have them available soon—stay tuned!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Would have been better if there was laundry soap and spices but overall the stay was absolutely amazing! The view of the beach was incredible! It was our first time at the beach and it was amazing! The pictures are from our room!
