This condo was very nice! Picture showed everything nice and correct. Complex itself was very nice. Did kind of self having some construction noises during the day but I’m sure that obviously will always be going on. Definitely somewhere we would come back to.

The view was fantastic! However We felt the place was tired! When we got there the door was not locked. Shower knob was loose, flimsy, and moldy, the ceiling fan in the bedroom was not adjustable for speed, there were two microwaves -one was not working and the second couldn't be used because it kept locking, the shower curtain rod was detached from the wall, the oven gauge on regular bake wouldn't heat to temperature, Overall the facilities were very nice. These problems caused the unit to appear as if it was not kept up well.

Good location loved the view. Bed was super comfy. Was gnats around the sink, floor and couch was little sandy. One wall in bedroom was pretty dirty looking but overall was a great trip and beautiful weather. Balcony furniture was very comfortable.

Spring Break 2025

The view and location was amazing! Only negative we had was we did not have enough towels for all 5 of us. Also there was only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to go out and get some which was no big deal, but had no clue that there wasn't extras. So next time I would have liked to add it to my Walmart delivery order. But over all the condo was a little dated but clean and had the best view. Would stay again.

Property was exactly as described. The only issues were it wasn’t as cleaned as we expected and some minor things needed to be fixed. The floors were covered in sand. The building stated they were putting in work orders immediately to fix any of the issues we found. Overall, it was a great experience like always at the Phoenix!

Would not rent this unit again. Been going to orange beach twice a year for over 25 years. Couch was soaking wet when we arrived. Recliners were dirty. Looks like this thing is just a rental. Air conditioning was great. Everything old and worn. Paint coming off all walls and doors, rotten wood everywhere. Just not taken care of. Maintenance said they could dry the couch but no one said anything prior to check in. Comforters were dirty and stained. I’ll go back to staying at the places I’ve stayed before.

Vacation

We love to come to Orange Beach and stay along the Perdido Bay entrance to watch the boats. We usually stay at Phoenix East. This year is our first to stay in a 1 bedroom. We spend most our time on the balcony and beach. The tall chairs and tables were nice. Good view of the ocean to watch the dolphins.

Condo was beautifully decorated and location was great. Only downfall is They allow people to set umbrellas and chairs up in front on Condo Rental chairs. They should set up behind. Only complaint
