Get ready to experience coastal luxury like never before! Introducing Pelican Bluff, one of the only four-bedroom beachside homes in Orange Beach featuring both a private pool and an elevator. Perfectly situated in the exclusive Bluffs community, this exceptional Gulf-side retreat delivers the very best in vacation living. Starting October 2025, Pelican Bluff will be professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, ensuring every stay is seamless and unforgettable. From its sophisticated interior design to its panoramic Gulf views, this home redefines the elevated beach experience.

Pelican Bluff features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a flexible loft with a twin trundle bed, comfortably accommodating 10 guests across three spacious levels. The main floor welcomes guests into an open-concept living area with a wall of windows, soaring 10' ceilings, and direct access to a large Gulf-facing deck. At the heart of this level is a fully stocked chef's kitchen, outfitted with industrial-grade appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer and a professional gas range, making it as functional as it is stylish. A wet bar, powder room, and laundry area complete the space, creating a welcoming environment for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing.

Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two Gulf-facing rooms that offer stunning water views and access to the sounds of the surf. Each space has been thoughtfully curated with plush bedding, high-quality linens, and professionally designed interiors that blend comfort with upscale coastal style. A third guest bedroom completes this level, perfect for kids or additional family members.

The top floor offers added privacy, featuring an additional Gulf-facing king suite with a private en suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub and a glassed-in rainfall shower, making it an ideal retreat within the home.

Outside, guests can enjoy three levels of Gulf-facing decks, a private pool, and direct access to the sugar-white sands via a community boardwalk.

The home is within walking distance to local dining, shops, and conveniences in Orange Beach—offering both a luxurious escape and unbeatable access to the best of the area. Right next door is Coastal, a premier waterside destination for elevated dining, a casual beachside lunch, or a walk-up bar just steps from the sand.
