Great location!

Great location for a relaxing vacation. Awesome walking/running trail right across the road… regularly see eagles and alligators! Great coffee shop… my wife’s favorite! Last condo before the state park… easy to get away from the crowd! Lartigues is walking distance… best shrimp ever!

Nice stay

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Loved that there was a crockpot, blender, and a few bowls with lids. We really liked having the ice maker too. We did have an issue with a broken shower knob but a maintenance guy came right out and fixed it same day. Excellent communication and immediate responses. Loved the master bath with the jacuzzi tub although the jets didnt work. It was still very nice and relaxing. Super clean and very nice. We visit orange beach at least three times a year and have stayed at many different condos, this is by far one of the nicest we have stayed. Definitely recommend.

Loved condo

Really love staying at Palm Beach, room was wonderful. Check in with Liquid Life was terrible. They didn’t have unit available till 5pm and check in was at 3. When I called they were rude and hung up on me. So my gripe is with the property management not the unit owners.

The property was in a great location...right on the beach, close to restaurants, and a state park. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall happy with our stay. Did come back from the beach one day to find maintenance had let themselves in to clean balcony, and pest control on another day while we were out in balcony. Found both instances a bit unsettling, but do appreciate the fact they stay on top of maintenance. Softer bed pillow options and additional blankets would be nice…but will note to bring our own next time

Very nice condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. However a nightlight or two and maybe a small step stool would greatly benefit for those with small children. Especially since the guest bed is soo tall. Only other thing worth noting is the caulking in the master bath shower desperately needs redone

Overall satisfied. Floor needs a good scrubbing. Can’t walk around without shoes. The sliding glass door to view the beach is obscured by internal residue buildup and the guest bedroom mattress DESPERATELY needs replacing

I liked it.

Pros: Better view that expected, very clean, bedrooms were very spacious as well as the master bathroom, and comfortable beds. I enjoyed the table outside for breakfast and we were close enough to hear the waves. The pool area and patio was very well maintained and felt like a resort. Cons: I was not notified that there was construction going on in the building, we woke up at 7 a.m. to hammering and tools drilling right above us. We even had construction on our condo while staying. I was not happy with that at all. And they would not re schedule the construction, they changed the door which could have waited til we checked out because the previous door worked fine. Getting a parking pass was complicated and your only allowed one. My guest had to park 2 miles away. The kitchen was not well stocked with cook ware for cooking meals, I had to buy a decent pot. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one trash bag for a 5 night stay was super inconvenient and added more expensives to our trip. Every condo I have stayed in had at least 2 of essentials such as trash bags and toilet paper. Over all it was nice trip. Just a few unexpected inconveniences. And I would have appreciated to be notified that the roof above us was going to be worked on but I guess people wanna make their money.

Good location for State Park. Condo very dusty and needs some refreshing on kitchen equipment. Washing machine and vaccuum weren't working, but liquid life sent repair person and new vaccuum promptly. Disappointing that only one of the two outdoor pools was heated. Would really like to have that second pool heated up. Reservation, Check-in and check-out was easy.

Great Condo on Beach!

The condo is very nice. Living area is small if you have very many people but bedrooms are spacious and the balcony has a nice view. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach! The only downside is that there is a huge condo being built next door and at 6:30 am the workers begin making lots of noise. Other than that fact, the location is excellent!
