Welcome to Sugar Beach 335, your comfortable retreat by the Gulf in Orange Beach. This inviting 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse-style condo offers a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves. The Primary bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, while the living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests or family. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the dining area is perfect for gathering with loved ones. Step outside to your furnished balcony to soak in the fresh Gulf breeze, whether sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset.

***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

Sugar Beach is a family-friendly Gulf-front complex featuring three swimming pools including a kiddie pool, three shaded gazebos, picnic tables, the Sugar Shack snack bar, BBQ grills, and a tennis court. Free WiFi throughout the property keeps you connected while you relax and enjoy the beachside atmosphere.

Parking:
Parking passes are required, limited to 2 per reservation. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $35 each (cash only).

Needs to have patio furniture, clean the rug, clean the couch, and fix the curtain rod upstairs. All minor things but we would stay there again for sure.

Overall ok, didn’t know there was upstairs, had Muskie odor ( think a lot went away when air conditioning filter was changed, it was really filthy on arrival). Several things not working like plug at lamp on end of sofa (reported), towel rack upstairs bath room ( reported), no shower, couch getting old / stained (Had to call for bedding, no stoppers kitchen sink.
