Great place to stay. We enjoyed the Phoenix "6702".

This is a very nice property, clean fully furnished with amenities in a clean, quiet location. My only disappointment was with the property management: Only two elevators were operating making for very long waits; At one point I was stuck in an elevator between floors for several minutes with no access to the service desk or assistance; and checkout was also an issue as there was no staff at the desk and no support from the "virtual desk". I had to go to Phoenix Vll to find a person to check us out. I have a long history of staying through B-R and this experience has tainted their image.

Phoenix property was nice, staff kept facility tidy, the pools were nice especially when we were unable to get in the ocean. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and they let you be. Beach was easy to get to. The room itself was a little dated but we didn’t mind since everything was clean. Do bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. We would come back!
