Lovely condo and beach- poor service

The condo and beach were lovely. The service was terrible. We were told that construction would be going on through February of ‘25 but I was not expecting a constant drilling in all of the units adjacent to ours! The noise was so loud, that we could not hear each other in the condo. Next, when we checked in, we were told that there was a ticket out to repair the garbage disposal. There was also a leak leaving us unable to run the dishwasher or use the right side of the sink. Someone came out and put a towel under the sink and left! Also, there was 1 roll of toilet paper and a sliver of soap so make sure you go buy these items when you stay her!

Great stay

The property was perfect for myself, my wife, our 2 year old, and our 9 week old. Everything was as pictured. Based off of reviews saying there werent essentials we packed up paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, dish soap, trash bags,etc. When we arrived at the property, the owner had left plenty of these items for our family. Some would consider it starter supplies, however these lasted us most of the week. We received multiple texts asking if there were any issues with the property. There were not any. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a great week.

Great stay but….

Great place to stay. The beach was a hit because it was less than 100 yard walk from the building. The accommodations were great. Cleanliness is their top priority. The only issue we had was with the WiFi as it didn't seem to work all the time. We rated the stay as 5 star because of the location and accommodations.

Great location, clean, seamless check in. I appreciated that our floor only had 3 condos, it made for a quiet stay. We did see our neighbors from time to time but overall it felt very private & was peaceful. The view was unbeatable, the access to everything around was awesome & we’ve always loved Orange Beach overall. We recommend this property!

Problems

There was no dish towel or hand towel in kitchen. No hot pads to remove items from oven or microwave. No hand soap in kitchen. Not even salt & pepper or sugar. Bathroom had one small hotel size bar of soap for both sink and shower. Poor wifi.

Much needed weekend

This is a perfect condo for a couple to get away. Is was clean and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. There was a problem with the air the first night we were there. I text the rental agent the next day, and someone was there Friday evening about 6 and it cooled off nicely. Thanks for sharing a little bit of paradise with us.

Beautiful View

The unit is very nice, clean and comfortable. Very handy having a washer and dryer in the unit. The property itself is very nice. While we were told to keep purple wrist bands with us at all times we were never approached by anyone. Our last evening there I parked the car and completely forgot to but the parking paper on the dash. The next morning while packing the car up I noticed that there was a paper on the wind shield advising that we parked illegally and subject to being booted and towed because the pass was not displayed. It had a time stamp of 1:36am. While I am grateful neither happened it seems that there could be a better way for the property to confirm if you are indeed a guest.

Excellent beach front

The location was excellent easy access to the beach. My only downfall was I came during jellyfish season, so I wasn’t allowed to spend a lot of time in the water. The property was clean and had everything I needed for a solo vacation. Definitely looking forward to going back. I loved orange beach!

Liquid Life gets 4 stars but Brett Robinson gets 0

During check-in, I learned we had to purchase a parking pass for $55.00. In my opinion, I should not be paying to park at a facility where I already paid to rent a unit. Additionally, I was informed that we had to wear a bracelet while on the property as if we are children at an amusement park. This is the second time we have stayed in a Phoenix building managed by Brett Robinson. It will be the last. We had bad experiences both times and there will not be a third. We had no issues with Liquid Life who serviced the unit we rented and would use them again so long as it is not involving Brett Robinson in any way. The process for Liquid Life was fairly easy and they were good about contacting us.

Just Right

We loved our stay! The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony was great. Perfect view of the beach and the water. Plenty of room for the two of us. We are making plans to go back in the fall. Only suggestions are (1) one of those "caddies" you can hang over the shower head to give you a place to put soap, shampoo, etc., And (2) a grab bar to assist in getting in and out of the shower. I realize most people don't need them, but for senior citizens (like us!), it would be an extra measure of comfort. That said, we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. I didn't mean any of this as criticism at all. Just making a suggestion.
