Escape to this recently upgraded beachside home away from home on the 3rd floor of Phoenix V. The lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium (P5-307) sleeps four. This condo has enhanced and updated Free WiFi.

· Warmly decorated living area with floral queen sleeper, two coral-colored armchairs, a flatscreen television and balcony access through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door.

· White appliances and countertops and light wood cabinetry in fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar with seating for two.

· Dining area with table and four chairs with a soft coastal blue tone.

· Lovely master bedroom features flatscreen television and King-size bed with quilted bedding and white headboard and furniture

· Shower and tub combination and single-sink vanity in master bathroom.

· Spacious balcony with table, chairs, and lounge furniture to enjoy beautiful Gulf-front view.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V. Our 3rd floor condo had an amazing balcony that had open access for the wife who loves the sun and shade for me who can’t handle the sun.

Great condo, wonderful beach. Really a nice place to stay. Maintanance needs to alighn the doors outside in the hall they bang a lot. We will be back.

Our little ones first time to the ocean!

This condo was perfect for our family! Loved that the balcony had access to the sun while the little one napped. The “covers” on the bed weren’t quite as fluffy and inviting as we are used to but the bed slept very well. We appreciated the jump start on all“necessities” but salt and pepper would be nice. The shower head could use some updating. Other than a few minor updates, everything was nice and cozy.

Stayed here before. Nice facility and convenient but away from hub bib of other areas.

Nice place. Nice decor. Came with certain supplies; I.e., there was no salt and pepper, not even one coffee filter and a chintzy blanket. Other than that, it was great. Nice decor.
