The A/C in our condo was broke for the first 2 days. Hotel staff was rude.
There is not enough parking at Phoenix VI. We had a group of 10 people and were only allowed 2 parking passes. My vehicle had to be parked 4 miles away in a gravel pit! The air conditioning was not working in unit for 2 days and when we contacted front desk they were rude about how many times we called. Poor customer service!
