Way up on the 20th floor of Phoenix West, it’s nothing but blue skies and emerald waters. Enjoy the stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows as you relax in the open living area. There’s plenty of seating centered around a large flatscreen TV, so you can easily gather together and enjoy some downtime at the beach.

You’ll love cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that’s completely open to the living area. With tons of white cabinetry, white appliances, and plenty of counter space, it’s easy to prepare meals, and the crew can keep you company at the huge breakfast bar with seating for four. There’s also a separate wet bar with an ice maker, stereo system, and open glass shelving, the perfect spot to set out drinks and snacks, and a formal dining table for six with stunning Gulf views.

With three spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home comfortably accommodates ten guests with the perfect layout for families. Retreat to the well-appointed primary suite with a King sized bed, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, French doors to the dining room and Gulf views beyond, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms also have flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms, plus there’s a fourth bathroom, so everyone can have their own space.
And there’s even more space on the private Gulf-front balcony. It’s super spacious and has incredible, unobstructed views of the Gulf that you’ll have to see to believe.

Not A Single Parking Spot Included Starting This Year

I don’t usually wrire reviews but intentionally deceptive ads really anger me! Parking was always included here like it is anywhere else I've ever stayed. I asked the property manager by text if we were supposed to walk to the condo? I also pointed out that the ad not only doesn't mention there's no parking but it lists parking in included amenities! Two weeks later the ad remains the same because it's intentional! I wouldn't have left a review but while I'm here I will point out a few other issues. The master bedroom has glass doors that open into the dinning room and the striker plate doesn't align with the latch so it won't stay closed and can’t be locked! It popped open in the middle of the night several times when the AC kicked on! There's only about a dozen movies you can watch and they didn't change the entire week. We tried to use Netflix but it asked for our personal login and I didn't have the password. Bring your own toilet paper because what happens to be left on the holder is all there is.

Great view, but inside needs work!

Loved the location and the view but disappointed with outdoor furniture that’s falling apart and the condition of the minimal cooking utensils. The ones we used were much cleaner when we left than they were when we checked in. Also, the queen and king size beds were very uncomfortable. Worn out?

Excellent condo, would stay again

Pros: -Lots of space, easily accommodated our family of 9. -Fantastic view -Easy beach access and easy to transition from the beach to the lazy river to the heated indoor pool. -Great area. Cons: -The elevators can be busy, particularly on the weekend. -The condo (especially the floors) could have been cleaner at check in.
