Unit 816

Nice location. Unable to get the TV in the master bedroom to work. The TV either had audio and no visual or visa versa. The master bathtub was very hard to climb into. The lightbulb was out in the master bedroom. The dishwasher left dishes wet. The condo layout and balcony were great

Great Stay for Great Price

For the price of the unit compared to other similiar sized units, this unit was perfect for 2 families with 3 children. The layout was roomy and the children really enjoyed the bunk beds with the pull out trundle. The condo does have some aged cabinets, counters, and bath fixtures, but they were not deal breakers. The balcony was huge and the furniture provided made it easy to sit out and watch a sunrise/sunset. I would absolutely book this unit again.

We had a lovely visit! The unit was clean, quiet and well stocked. Right on the beach with easy access and a beautiful view! It was very roomy and tastefully decorated. We really had a perfect stay. The hosts communicated well and checkout tasks were minimal, making it a very easy, positive, and smooth experience. We would definitely return!

Property was nice and in a good location. There was mold in the caulk in the showers. The other issue is that the chair/umbrella rental companies take up all the available frontage on the beach. You are forced to sit behind them. Other than that it was a great trip.

Weekend getaway

The actual property grounds were nice. Pool clean and so was the condo.. The condo had a few issues with places in the floor by washer/dryer were damaged,the light in the kitchen malfunctioned and the bolts to the lock were extremely loose. The showers had no water pressure nor did the hot water work unless u set temp to the hotest level. Bathrooms were dated especially where double beds were located. Toilet seat extremely loose or broken. Aal towels need to be replaced and this information needs to be explained better in booking. We all came in on airlines so we were not aware that beach towels were not provided and we would have all either had to pay for extra luggage on flight coming to condo & back.

Visit to the beach

Over all it was a nice place to stay,and we enjoyed it. The cleaning personnel needs to be more thorough, found a pair of underwear and a bathing suit that might have been there for a couple of weeks hanging in one of the bath rooms. Would visit this place again.

Outstanding Attention by Property Manager

We all absolutely loved our stay! The condo was amazing, beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and lacking nothing! The property manager stayed in contact with me prior to our stay and checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was good during our stay. Impressive, very much appreciated. My sister said,”Well there’s just no reason to stay anywhere else.” It was perfect! The construction was noisy but even the workers were polite and respectful. One of our best trips to Orange Beach ever!

Beautiful but needs attention

Beautiful and spacious condo for 5 adults. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Property owners were quick to respond to a couple of needs we had while there. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that there is a significant amount of black mold on the walls and tile in the Master Bath. We also discovered black mold on the water dispenser in the refrigerator. Although no one in our group suffered from it but it should be treated.

Nice family time

Overall, our visit to the beach was a nice family getaway. With some minor repairs, (which were pointed out to management), this could be a fantastic condo. The Palms is a nice complex. Pool area is nice. Elevators quick and clean. Enjoyed the large balconies. Condo was quiet even in rooms facing the traffic.

Good vacation

The back bathroom needs work. The picture of the bunk beds in VRBO is inaccurate. The picture shows steps to the upper bunk which were good for our children. There was a ladder instead which was not good for small kids

One of the best we’ve stayed in.

We are often in Orange Beach and can’t think of another place better equipped. The condo was very clean; beds were super comfortable; air conditioning was nice and cool; the kitchen was incredibly stocked with equipment; the decorations were nicely done…and the view was beautiful!!! We 100% will book again!
