Decorated in shades of blue-green to match the emerald Gulf and neutral tones that perfectly complement the sugar-white sand, the living space in this home is incredibly inviting. Gather on comfortable, high-end furnishings and watch a movie on the huge flatscreen TV, curl up with a favorite beach read, or watch boats speed past on the emerald waters.
With a well-appointed kitchen featuring white shaker-style cabinets, expansive granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge breakfast bar, you won’t even mind cooking. Whether prepping gourmet meals or setting out the takeout, the open layout allows you to be a part of the action and continue to enjoy those incredible Gulf views. There’s also an accompanying wet bar with an ice maker, a favorite spot to set out drinks and appetizers, and an eight-person dining table is the perfect place to gather.

Exactly like the photos. Loved the balcony and the views. Check in was a little bit of a hastle as the room wasnt ready on time and we didnt receive updates. I had to call the agent to get the code for check in. We didnt get our parking passes until the next day as the codo office closed at 5:00 and didnt open until 9 the next morning. It would have been helpful if the passes and arm band were left in the condo. Also didnt have the code for the beach gate. Once that got all straightened out we were fine. Bretts team was very helpful during the entire process.
