Our family had a great stay at BK’s cottage. We found the home to be very clean, comfortable and so convenient to the pool. It’s a beautiful home, the kitchen is awesome and served as the focal point for our family gatherings. Check in and out was as smooth as it could be. Without question, we will book again.

Spectacular!

Words cannot describe my experience! My husband and I had an absolute amazing time! It is such a beautiful resort! Our Condo was very clean and welcoming! We were provided with a guide book via text message of restaurants, nearby beaches and other attractions! Upon arriving , and throughout our stay , the property manager checked in. We will most definitely book again!

Coastal Bliss and Comfort

The cozy cottage provided a comfortable retreat after a day of beach-side exploration. The interior was well-appointed with modern amenities and a touch of rustic charm, creating a welcoming environment that felt like a home away from home. The comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchenette, and seating areas offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the standout features of this cottage resort was undoubtedly its proximity to the beach. A mere stroll across the street brought us to the sandy shores and soothing waves. The convenience of being able to easily access the beach added a layer of spontaneity to our days, allowing us to seamlessly transition from lounging on our cottage porch or floating on the lazy river to soaking up the sun by the water's edge. While the street between the resort and the beach was occasionally busy, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience.

The only trouble I had was getting into bed. So the beds on the sides are tall. I am 5'8" tall but getting in was tough due to the railings being high. I am sorry they do not allow pets because I believe the children that were there are just as dirty and did annoy me. My children and now men were raised better. But the place was lovely.

Last Minute Vacation

We booked about a week ahead due to last minute decision to take a vacation. It was the best decision! It was so easy to get to, so clean and a great location! It is a perfect place for all ages and super easy/close walk to get to the beach.We will definitely go back in the future!

Reviewer Comments: We have been to Orange Beach for three years now and Beach Village Resort, one of Simpson's properties, was by far the best place that we have stayed. The house, location, and amenities were wonderful but what I really loved, and what really stood out from other places we've stayed at Orange Beach is that as soon as we opened the door to the rental, we could tell it was well taken care of. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.Our home at BVR was steps away from the bridge to the state park's trails, which was awesome for daily runs and bike rides with the kids. The pool area and common spaces were very clean and well taken care of. We loved the slide, the lazy river, and zero-entry pool with the large shallow area. And the walk to the beach was simple, even with three kids, and did not take long at all.I highly recommend BVR, and will certainly be back. Additionally, Simpson Properties was very communicative and helpful regarding info beforehand and was incredibly responsive with any questions we had. We can't say enough good things about BVR, and Simpson. Great house, great location, great amenities, and very well taken care of. We had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to go back.
