Phoenix Vlll in Orange Beach, AL. offers the best of luxury comfort nestled on the Gulf of Mexico near Perdido Pass in Orange Beach. Cozier than some of our larger condos, Phoenix Vlll has the same high-quality amenities that have made the Phoenix Properties the most remarkable place to stay on the entire Gulf. Upon arriving one will find all the luxury that makes Phoenix Vlll very unique in itself. From Full-Time Onsite staff, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness Room, lighted tennis court, saunas, hot tubs, gazebos, free WiFi hotspot, Basketball Court and of course the beautiful beach! Upon arrival at the resort all guest vehicles must purchase a parking pass (55.00) from the front desk staff which is located in the main lobby.

The unit was very clean and well furnished. David was great host and made sure our check in was seamless. The balcony was spacious and on the rainy day, was a perfect place to sit and relax and listen to the waves. The pools were very nice and had nice lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend to others!

Amazing Family Vacation

My husband and I took our 2 grown daughters and their significant others. This 3 bedroom condo was spacious, beautiful, close to all of the places we wanted to go. The beach access was so easy, the pool was amazing, and the whole property was clean and convenient.

The condo was just as described and the reviews stated! Very clean and great location. Paul Irving was great to work with and even let us know the condo was ready early! For those of you who do not want a long trek to the front of the beach this place is great! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great space! 5 Adults stayed easily. Great location facing the beach. Balcony is perfect! Balcony connects to living room and master bedroom. Sun comes up and over, left to right, on the balcony so it's in the shade almost all day long! Workout room nice, pool, beach access all just right. Cold AC, hot water, good wifi, satellite tv, comfy couch and recliners. Easy communication with owner via text or calls, no problems. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Ladies Beach Trip

This is a beautifully furnished and well decorated condo. The owner was super nice and responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had. He called to make sure everything was okay. Very much enjoyed the Muscle Shoals/Rick Hall book and video. What a story!!! Thanks to the owners for providing such a wonderful place to spend our vacation. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Orange Beach/Flora-Bama area.

Our stay was very nice. Any questions I had Paul was quick to respond to and very friendly. Property was nice as well and had everything we needed. Access to the beach was easy as well. I would definitely stay here again. There is a new condo unit that has been built next door which takes away sunrise views some but if you walk to the beach at sunrise it's not a problem and the section of beach is not as crowded which was great. The interior decor could use a bit of updating but again this was not a problem for us since we were just happy to be at the beach & got to enjoy a relaxing week of doing nothing !!!

Just as described!

Looking at the photos, the condo appears to be cluttered (which I worried about), but it isn't. There are several artificial plants throughout the condo, but they aren't as overwhelming as they seem in the pictures. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The patio furniture is different than what was in the photos, but it is very nice and comfortable. There are several dishes, pans and cookware, but very few cooking utensils. We cooked in almost every meal and we had no issues making due with what was provided, however. You will need to bring your own beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the beach. The building also provides carts to use when loading/unloading, which was a bonus. The location was a short driving distance (not easy to walk to anything really) from attractions, shopping and restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
