Construction Notice – Please Read Before Booking: All amenities, including pools and beach access, remain open. The building is undergoing upgrades through February 2026. Guests should expect noise from jackhammering, column repairs, dust, odors, scaffolding, and general construction activity. Elevator modernization in the Southeast building (June–Dec 2025) may cause delays, though one elevator will remain in service. Rates are discounted for the inconvenience.
As you walk through the door at this bright, coastal condo, you will feel your beach escape truly begin! Enjoy the large balcony with incredible ocean views - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails at sunset, and the amazing Gulf of Mexico sugar-white sands and balmy breezes just steps from your door.
This lovely 2 bed/2 bath condo sleeps 7 people comfortably and is the perfect spot for the whole family. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all your kitchen essentials for family dinners by the beach. There is a 6 seat dining table, and 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. The open living space features sliding glass doors to the balcony, with spectacular beach views, a 47" flat screen TV, a pull-out queen sofa, and two La-Z-Boy recliners for the utmost comfort after a long day of fun in the sun! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 43" flat screen TV, sliding glass door leading to the balcony, large walk in closet, attached bathroom with double vanity sink, granite countertops and a tub/shower combo. The guest room has a queen sized bed, twin bed, 32" flat Screen TV, large closet, attached bathroom with a single vanity, granite countertop, a tub/shower combo, and an entrance from the dining room. The condo has a full washer/dryer, pantry, and a large balcony with 4 high-top wooden chairs - perfect for watching the dolphins at play in the warm, blue waters of the Gulf.
Wind Drift uniquely offers boat slips for guests, located across the street on Old River. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front), and first-come, first-serve boat slips.

Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.

Absolutely perfect!!!
This condo was PERFECT!! Unit 103 is awesome! First floor! Right off the elevator! Could not have picked a better condo! Pristine clean, well stocked, very roomy (have you ever heard of a condo w/ 2 Lazy-boy recliners?!) , HUGE balcony with great poly wood furniture! Can NOT say enough good things about the unit and the whole complex! Very nice pool and NO steps on the boardwalk to the beach! No steps is a HUGE plus to us with our beach wagon! Thank you for a perfect vacation!!

Great location!
The property is very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Sliding doors to the deck could have been cleaner so we could see the beautiful view. Had to ask property manager to send necessary documents several times and it was difficult to get return calls/texts. Location is great. They are still renovating the building from the last hurricane but the pool was open.

Best Unit Ever
We stayed in a different condos each year for the past five years. Check in/out was easy! This was the best unit! Although we didn’t cook the unit was extremely well stocked with everything imaginable! The space was so nice and comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was awesome. The extremely short distance to the beach was awesome. The only two downsides 1) cable for TV - not much variety to watch at night and 2) the parking is terrible! Not enough parking for each unit and unless you were in early you had to park across the street - not real thrilled about that. .

very easy access to the beach
The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was just a few moments to the beach. The bathrooms were well appointed and clean, however they would not be wheelchair accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Beach Front Balcony
The location of the condo is ideal! The balcony is shaded all day long. The direct view of the beach is amazing! It was nice to enjoy the beach and ocean without always being on the sand. Just two flights down the stairs and we were on the walking bridge to the beach. We loved the roominess of the condo for our family of 5. The kitchen is fully stocked and we lacked for nothing. Excellent stay!

Great location, kitchen well stocked, could have used a few more towels but we washed every day so wasn’t a problem. There was a dirty towel hanging the guest bath when we checked in.
