This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has all the tropical decor and amenities to help your beach vacation be a pleasant one. The tile floor living area features an eye-catching tropical sofa and two recliners- one leather, and one suede. The area also features a glass and dark wood end table and a matching coffee table, and flat screen TV and a DVD player on a dark wood and rattan cabinet. The fully equipped kitchen has all the needed amenities for preparing meals, and two can sit at the breakfast bar. The dining table is natural wood on wrought iron, matching the four swiveling wrought-iron cushioned chairs. For dining with a view of the gulf, a table with four chairs sits on the balcony along with two adirondack chairs. The master bathroom is decorated in soothing pale blues and whites, and has two nightstands and a dresser holding a flat screen TV. Its ensuite bathroom has a sink with white countertops and wood cabinets, and a bathtub/shower combination.

The condo was clean. The beach view from inside the condo was awesome but was only able to sit and enjoy the balcony on the first couple nights which Sunday & Monday because it was raining then the construction workers started at 8am Tuesday ( 8am until 5:30pm ) for the rest of the week until checkout on Saturday. Couldn’t even have a peaceful breakfast or lunch or even quiet time in the condo due to the noise. After about 2 days the balcony was covered with concrete dust/chips. During the booking process I was at no time informed of any construction going on the entire West end of the building from the bottom to the top which was directly next to the condo we were in.

August beach stay

Overall clean and everything we needed. Have stayed at this complex previously and enjoyed the beach. Appreciated the security daily and clean pools. Our condo did need a few updates with furniture (draw pulls broke and drawers not working well) overall nice vacation.

Nice place to stay only a few complaints. Elevators were slow faster to take the stairs down. The pillows smelled like vinegar our first night but faded after a few hours. Bed was very comfortably. Would stay their again.
