Our 6 day work trip.

Wonderful and clean! People were very nice! Breakfast was yummy & light. They had grab an go options and I love Microtel! It was so nice to get off work and take a hot shower watch tv and go to bed! Quiet and clean & off by itself.

The bed were comfortable and clean. I requested a roll out bed and even call the hotel before booking and they said they had some but when I checked in the lady at the desk said they didn't have any I even paid extra on Orbitz for a roll out bed was happy with that. I understand we live in the south but omg cockroach ville!! At least the shower had extreme pressure.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room @ bathroom were not throughly cleaned prior to my stay you can tell it was rushed last time the room was taken care of, it was dirty I had no shampoo or conditioner, okay that’s fine I brought my own. No soap of any kind. My AC unit would not turn on and they didn’t have other rooms 😩 it’s Alabama. No pet fees which is why I choose motel 6s larger area for my pets to do their business and stretch their legs I had pizza delivered, it was pretty good

Very unsafe location, lobby is 300 yards away from the rooms in a different building. A lot of cross traffic through parking lot due to adjacent road behind the motel. I was charged twice for the same room same night. American Express is disputing Quality Inns charge same address as Motel 6. I had two different transactions for the same stay. One from Expedia and one from Quality Inn. Called motel 6 location Monday morning and was given toll free number. Owner said he couldn’t authorize refunds. NEVER again

+ close to food, gas and I85 ramps + Bed, shower, AC and TV works, free wifi - Sat night party at the hotel restaurant LOUD - housekeeping knocks on door every morning at 8am - rooms and property are run down *You get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep it's cheap and easy. Maybe bring your own pillow and sleeping bag?
