The hotel room was impeccably clean, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the staff members we encountered were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed to find that our room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time. This delay caused some inconvenience as we had to wait longer than anticipated. Despite this issue, the overall cleanliness and the courteousness of the staff made for a mostly positive experience.
