Both people I talked to at the front desk were very nice. The young lady I spoke to when I arrived allowed me to check in and recieve my room card early because I was at an event during normal check in time. So im quite thankful for not having to check in at 10pm when I returned. The bathroom door was not attached at the top hinge and you can see its been repaired several times. Someone tried to use drywall anchor sleeves to get the screws to hold. When I left I let the gentleman at the desk know and he said he would contact maintenence. All n all I paid for a place to sleep and I got that.

Money back

We booked a smoke free room but the place was overwhelming with old cigarette smell. The sheets were not clean. The smoke was so bad it burnt the inside of my nose. We checked out a day early at 9:00. We asked the motel to refund us and they told us to constact Hotel.com. We purchased a protection plan on out visit. We ask that we are refunded our night that we didn't stay. Thank you for you understanding.

Never Again!

I was so disgusted by this hotel. I don't know who is writing reviews saying this place is good but don't listen to it. I don't like writing negative reviews but this one demands it. From difficulty at check in to the room being gross. The bathroom towels were in terrible shape, one had a huge hole in it and they were stiff as boards. The faucet handle spun around, there was hair on the night side table, the beds looked as though they hadn't been recently slept in and pretty sure this was the case as the bed had sand in it. I almost slept in my car. I had to book this hotel as it was the only option left for a last minute stay on a game day at Auburn. Never Again!

If I could give this property a negative score I would. Here are a few things that were wrong: bathroom dirty, bathroom leaked and had to always wear shoes, old bar of soap behind nasty toilet, towels nasty and had to struggle to get a replacement washcloth, no plug for lamp on one of the side tables, bugs alive and dead everywhere, dirt piled up in corners, stunk. I have reached out to Motel 6 for rectification and have yet to get a resolution. We have stayed in rougher areas and had better rooms than this. This place should be an embarrassment to the Motel 6 chain.

Disgusting

This hotel is run down, dirty and smelly. Greasy handprints on the headboard. Sheets have stains on them. Bathroom doorknob had spackle all over it. And worst of all the room reeked strongly of cigarette smoke. This is the worst hotel/room in which I have ever stayed.

I normal don’t complain but this was an exception!

I arrived to the hotel staff was friendly and quick. When I got to my room I was in disbelief, the beds had been made but the sheets were dirty, the toilet was nasty- had not been cleaned. I went down to talk to staff about it, she offered for them to come and clean it. I went back up because my daughter was waiting in me, we happen to open the fridge and almost threw up, and there was trash left from previous people. I went back down and asked for a refund, she offered another room. I declined.

Not very clean. The room smelled like marijuana when we walked in. No hot water for shower - lukewarm at best. Pool was covered 9/13/25- temps in the high 90s. People In the room next to us smoked outside - basically in front of our door and you could smell it in our room.

Worst hotel in America- Prove me wrong!!

I have never stayed in a property that was this bad. This place is disgusting. Traveler beware. This is NOT 3 STARS!!! This is not even a single star After checking in, I went to Target and bought sheets, pillows, towels because the linens that were supplied by the hotel were stained and unfit for use. The towels looked like those at a car wash. Where do I begin: The toilet didn’t flush, the bathroom door wasn’t operable, because the hinge had rotted out of the wood. Rust everywhere, truly a mistake to book this property. Management was incredulous that I should complain. See pictures!!!

The room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was leaking water from the back of it. Spider webbs throughout the room, had to kill a few spoders. Towels not a word to describe what color they were but white clean not it. I have never experienced a hotel this bad before. It really needs to be closed and rebuilt for the amount paid for the rooms.

There were roaches in the room, along with pee on the bathroom floor. No liner on the dirty shower curtain. The front conference room has been converted into a dive bar/bingo hall so it’s very loud very late. We asked for and did not receive rooms next to each other. No coffee maker in the rooms. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Hotel needs major renovation

We did not feel comfortable so we left and did not even stay. The room was dirty and in poor repair. No towels. Windows in rooms next to ours were broken. I would not recommend even to save money on a game weekend.
