Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Any gathering exceeding this limit is considered a party and is strictly prohibited.

PRODUCTIONS & FILMING:

All production activities require:

Owner's production & event rental agreement.
Additional insurance certificate in owner's name.
Production fee: $100/hour or $1000/day (12-hour day, including load in/out).
Site representative (included in full-day rate).
Maximum crew size: 15 people.
$1000 penalty fee will be applied by VRBO for unauthorized productions & filming.
NOTE: Photos throughout the house are owner's artwork (we're in the production business).
