Perfect location, perfect stay.

The front desk woman was very nice and friendly from the moment we checked in and each morning we saw her. The room was spacious, clean and bright with a Juliet balcony with beautiful views. Breakfast was so plentiful, a casino, spa facilities and a beauty salon all within the hotel. A lovely park right across the street which brings you to the beaches and sea walkway. We fell in love with Opatija!

Almost everything was ok. We were not entirely satisfied with the room, because we paid extra for one with a view, we got worse than the one our friends bought without a view. But in general, the cleanliness and service of the hotel of the highest quality.

Avoid. This former casino still operates like one.

Hotel Paris will try and nickle-and-dime you. It's a bait and switch operation. They have low room prices to get you in the door, and then surprise you with fees for every little thing without even telling you there is a cost until checkout. And the prices are made up on the spot, since nothing is posted either. I've seen other customer reviews with widely varying pricing for parking. You are probably better off staying somewhere else, it will probably save you money.
