The bathroom is equipped with a shower, single washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, chest of drawers and cosmetic mirror.



The apartment offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private balcony access, private outdoor grill, awning, sun loungers and direct access to the garden/courtyard. In the outdoor area, a sun terrace, Hollywood swing, bocce opportunities and shaded areas are available. A communally usable washing machine and bicycles are also provided. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.
