Villa Sweet Home is located in the municipal term of Olivella (Barcelona) in the heart of Garraf. Its Natural Park offers interesting landscapes and a variety of places to visit.



Just 10 minutes by car, you can enjoy the tourist town of Sitges, known for its diverse leisure offer, lively nightlife, and beautiful fine sand beaches. You can also practice water sports and enjoy the best restaurants, shops, and bars in the area, or simply stroll through its beautiful streets.



Sweet Home Villa has a modern outdoor area with a private pool. It is equipped with a large covered brick barbecue, where you can enjoy delicious meals and dinners outdoors. It also has a large brick porch with a relaxation area and a beautiful table.



The interior of the house is bright and very cozy. It has WIFI connection, Smart TV, A/C in two bedrooms and ceiling fans in the rest of the rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It consists of a living-dining room, 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



With capacity for 8 people, it is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family!



2 minutes walking from the villa, you will find a Condis supermarket, a small bakery/grocery store, a take-away rotisserie, a churros shop, and several tapas bars. However, if you need to do a large shopping, just 6 km away you will find Aldi, Lidl, Caprabo, Mercadona, Carrefour supermarkets...



If you like discovering Mediterranean cities, you cannot miss the visit to cosmopolitan Barcelona, just 45 km from the center.



For amusement park lovers, you will find Port Aventura about 40 km away, a perfect place to have fun with family and release adrenaline.



Although if what you like is history, you cannot miss knowing the city of Tarragona, which is located less than 65 km away. Beautiful city surrounded by the charm of ancient Rome.

The accommodation is completely exclusive to guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



Bed sheets and towel sets are provided, one set per bed and one set per guest at the beginning of the stay. If guests wish to change sheets and/or towels during their stay, they can request it as an additional service with an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during the stay. If you wish to have additional cleanings during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.



The pool maintenance is performed weekly by qualified personnel.



The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine.

No charcoal is provided for the barbecue.



Both before and during their stay, they can consult me about everything they need.

Anything you may need prior to your arrival, do not hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation, I will personally be there to receive you, show you the house, and explain how everything works.

In addition, I can advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local popular festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you might need.

If during your stay you need my help, it will be a pleasure to assist you.



Quiet and residential neighborhood, completely safe.



It is totally recommended to have a car.

You can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.

If what you want is to enjoy being at home, and make occasional outings, another option is to use a taxi, since there is service 24 hours a day.

There is also a bus stop near the house, but the schedules are very limited.

We can arrange taxi transfers to the airport, or any other location.

Booking is not allowed for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OLD.

This house is designed to enjoy with family, in a quiet, pleasant, and residential environment.



*** If you are looking to organize a big party, loud music, and disturb the neighborhood, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***



*** IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE THE ELECTRIC CAR, AS THE ELECTRICAL POWER OF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arriving at the accommodation, a link will be sent where you must register the data of ALL guests, and also pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff in charge of delivering the keys will not hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is 1.00€ per adult and per day (with a maximum of 7 days of tax) (minors under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Carefully read the property rules that will be published on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the apartment are not allowed. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to immediately vacate the accommodation, without right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the accommodation during their stay and commit to returning it in the same conditions in which they found the lodging and its equipment, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the accommodation.

If any defect occurs in the housing, please notify us immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.



For stays of 28 days or more, light, water, and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the supply consumption exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount that the guest must accept and pay.



Additionally, for stays longer than 28 days, a rental contract will be signed upon the guest's arrival.



Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the accommodation in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the trash in the street containers; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight will have a surcharge of 50 €. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will carry an additional charge depending on the case.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the accommodation to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason they cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will have a supplement of 50€ for each set.
