Villa Sweet Home is located in the municipality of Olivella (Barcelona) in the heart of Garraf. Its Natural Park offers interesting landscapes and a variety of places to visit.



Just a 10-minute drive away, you can enjoy the tourist town of Sitges, known for its diverse leisure offerings, its lively nightlife and its beautiful fine sand beaches. You can also practise water sports and enjoy the best restaurants, shops and bars in the area, or simply stroll through its beautiful streets.



Villa Sweet Home has a modern outdoor area with a private swimming pool. It is equipped with a large covered brick barbecue, where you can enjoy delicious meals and dinners outdoors. It also has a large brick porch with a rest area and a lovely table.



The interior of the house is bright and very welcoming. It has WIFI connection, Smart TV, A/C in two bedrooms and ceiling fans in the rest of the rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It consists of a living-dining room, 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



With capacity for 8 people, it's the perfect place to spend time with friends and family!



A 2 minutes' walk from the villa, you'll find a Condis supermarket, a small bakery/grocery shop, a takeaway rotisserie, a churro shop and several tapas bars. However, if what you need is to do a big shop, just 6 km away you'll find Aldi, Lidl, Caprabo, Mercadona, Carrefour supermarkets…



If you like getting to know Mediterranean cities, you cannot miss a visit to cosmopolitan Barcelona, just 45 km from the centre.



For lovers of amusement parks you will find about 40km away Port Aventura, the perfect place to have fun with family and release adrenaline.



Although if what you like is history, you cannot fail to visit the city of Tarragona which is located less than 65 km away. A beautiful city surrounded by the charm of ancient Rome.

The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.



The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.



The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine.

No charcoal is supplied for the barbecue.



Both before and during your stay you can consult me about everything you need.

Anything you need prior to your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to welcome you, show you around the house and explain how everything works.

I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you need.

If you need my help during your stay it will be a pleasure to assist you.



Quiet and residential neighbourhood, completely safe.



It is totally advisable to have a car.

You can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.

If what you want is to enjoy the house and make some occasional outings, another option is to use the taxi, as there is a 24-hour service.

There is also a bus stop near the house but the schedules are very limited.

We can arrange taxi transfers to the airport for you, or anywhere else.

Bookings are not permitted for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OF AGE.

This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a peaceful, pleasant and residential environment.



*** If you are looking to organise a large party, loud music, and disturb the neighbourhood, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***



*** ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER CANNOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be published on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.

If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.



For stays of 28 days or more, supplies of electricity, water and gas are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount that the guest must accept and pay.



Furthermore, for stays of more than 28 days, a rental contract will be signed upon the guest's arrival.



Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will incur a supplement of €50 for each set.
