This hotel is absolutely amazing. The customer service was great. The employees treated me and my family very well. Especially this one man named Filippo. The breakfast buffet was amazing with veggie and meat options, and had a lot of flavor and variety. 10/10

Nice airport hotel

Nice, quiet hotel reasonably close to Malpensa, though you will need a car to get to it. The breakfast was excellent. Could have used conditioner and a trash can in the bathroom. Would stay again.

Clean pleasant unhelpful reception staff

Nice clean hotel. It is close to Malpensa Airport but remote. The reception staff were slow and miserable and we found out when we got there that there was no dining room that night. The air conditioning was noisy so we had to switch it off. The card machine did not work when checking out and they asked me to go to a cash machine and get cash!!

We like the hotel, but we were stranded as we didn’t have a car. We would have had to hire a taxi to go anywhere. We decided to to walk about a 1/2 mile to a local sandwich place for lunch as there were no other options. The hotel provided a nice breakfast and a restaurant for evening meal but nothing for lunch. So we walked along a very busy road, to the restaurant, i fell fortunately the cars noticed and got over. It could have been a lot worse. Our recommendation is if you have a car it’s a very nice place to stay, if you require a place to stay for the airport and don’t have a car stay closer to the airport as this hotel is in the country with little to no amenities!

A 15 minute drive from the airport in beautiful countryside. Staff were lovely and very helpful, in particular to organise airport transfers. Dinner at the hotel was very good.

Amazing breakfast, close to Oleggio which is fantastic and very friendly - beware if you’re bad with heat - they do not have air conditioning on or very accessible - you must be able to assert yourself to have it on as it is available. Clean and confortable, highly recommended.

“Near Airport” hotels are usually expensive and not the best facilities. Hotel Villa delle Rose is not one of those hotels. Although close to the airport, the hotel is nestled into the woods and is serenely quiet. The staff is caring and attentive and the rooms (although not 4-star) are comfortable, clean and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was a very strong smell of cheap deodorant all over the room and hallway that got into my throat making hard to breath in quality air. Facility also needs investements in fixing broken things.
