Pool was so fun and well-maintained. The property and rooms are newly renovated and very nice. The location on the beach can’t be beat and is a 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier. The staff person was incredibly nice and helpful too!

This is a great alternative to staying in the overpriced downtown of Portland. New Orchard Park is unique, but this property was updated and well maintained and a great value.

I stayed here for one evening before flying out of the airport early the next morning; the staff were extremely cordial (I arrived late the night before, and they ensured the room was prepared), the room was bright and welcoming, and in general I was very pleased with my stay. I didn't have an opportunity to see the water nearby, but would come back again to do so next time.

Always a great time here. Tanning by the pool listening to the live music from the eatery next door is my favorite. Love that it's right on the beach. Will be back soon for sure 😊

The staff clearly cares about the property and maintains it. We were missing a couple thing when we arrived after hours, but the staff came back to take care of our needs! Parking was a bit tight, but we made it work. Great view and beach access.

The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.

Great stay with really kind staff. I was surprised how family friendly this place was - kids running around everywhere. Unfortunately the walls are pretty thin and we were woken up by people talking loudly outside our door around 7:30/8am every morning, and then our upstairs neighboring were also stomping around past midnight. Super loud and distracting.
