Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, this beach cottage sleeps up to 4. This air conditioned cottage has a private bedroom with queen bed (Pillow Top mattress) and full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with cook/tableware and full size appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker). Each cottage has it`s own picnic table and gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the communal fire pit, we supply the wood!

One of the last remaining beach cottages in Old Orchard Beach! This one bedroom beachside cottage sleeps up to 4.

Me and my family stayed in this cottage from 9/1-9/4 Tuesday-Friday. We didn't realize it was the end of the Old Orchard Beach season. Unfortunately no one was in the Little Miss Cottage office for quick questions we had to message through VRBO in order to contact someone or call and use the emergency contact line which was a little inconvenient. But David does message back fairly quickly. Below are the pros and cons.Pros- close to beach- close to boardwalk- Private driveway- small courtyard with communal fire pit and Private grillCons- a lot of water damage to the ceiling and bathroom floor- Was only given two shower towels for a four person capacity home- Wish it had blackout blinds since a street light shines in the master bedroom very brightly- Town trucks rake the beach very early in the morning which was loud in the master bedroom- WIFI kept dropping - I don't know if the cable was satellite but that kept dropping. This wouldn't have been too big of an issue but it was rainy cold weather so we spent more time in the home than expected.

Our little cottage was a perfect location- 30 second walk from the beach, and far from the noise of the amusement park without being too far to walk. Parking is very limited in this area, so we were happy to be able to walk.
