Interior Description

WLofts 14 is a unique residence in the area, destined to capture your heart. This luxurious loft features a solarium terrace with a 180-degree panoramic sea view, where you can admire the sunrise behind the Golfo Aranci promontory and the magnificent sunset reflected on the limestone rock of Tavolara island. With a capacity of 5 beds, WLofts 14 is located on the first floor and comprises a living area with a sofa bed, TV corner, and a designer kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the veranda overlooking the garden and offering a view of Tavolara. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and garden view, and a second bedroom with a double bed (divisible into single beds) facing the terrace. Each bedroom is furnished with spacious wardrobes. An additional master bathroom with a shower serves the accommodation. A spiral staircase on the veranda leads to the solarium, equipped with a pergola, sun loungers, and a panoramic view. The accommodation also includes a reserved parking space and a washing machine.

WLofts is located in a residential area composed of single villas. Thanks to its proximity to services, it is the perfect accommodation for those who want a beach holiday without sacrificing comfort. Ideal for groups of friends or families even without a car, from here you can walk to all the local beaches as well as bars and restaurants. WLofts is just 400 meters from the crystal-clear sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, while the historic center of Olbia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car (8 km). The nearest supermarket is on the main road of the district, 4 minutes away; at the same distance is the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with a tobacco shop and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop). For a round of golf at the Pevero Golf Club, simply drive 31 km towards Costa Smeralda. Numerous restaurants offering local seafood and land cuisine are within a 2 km radius, mainly beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo.
