The layout is practical and well-organised, making this holiday apartment in Pittulongu suitable even for longer stays. The living room features a LED TV and air conditioning, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and complete cookware set. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available seasonally from 1 May to 31 October.

Within a ten-minute drive you can reach some of the most renowned beaches of Golfo Aranci, including Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca, a natural area home to a stable dolphin colony.

Please note that this property is not a hospitality structure. The published homes are offered under tourist rental by their respective owners through professional intermediation, in accordance with Law 431/98 and Art. 21-bis of Regional Law 16/17 of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption is calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay. Upon arrival, a pre-authorisation will be placed on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be physically present). The amount will be automatically released after departure release times depend on the issuing bank. In the event of damagesrule violations, a proportional amount may be withheld.

After booking, guests must complete the online check-in procedure via our dedicated portal by uploading identity documents and selfies. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed it is issued in Italian and provided with an English courtesy translation before arrival.

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Guests are kindly asked to use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
