Casa Smeralda is located in magnificent Sardinia, in the heart of the beautiful Costa Smeralda, in the renowned context of Porto Rotondo, in an exclusive residential complex with garden, swimming pools and areas dedicated to relaxation and fun.
The location is ideal, a few kilometers from Porto Cervo and the lively nightlife of Baia Sardinia, perfect for those who want to alternate tranquility and fun.
At the entrance there is a spacious living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and equipped with a television, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif with friends after a day at the beach or on an excursion.
The sleeping area is well separated and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and microwave.
The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds, one of which can be pulled out from below, for a total of four single beds and six beds in total. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
