Really good hotel for the area. Price was good and room was neat and clean. We had an issue with our room keys not working after the first day of our two day stay, but the front desk staff corrected the problem right away. We had a seperate bedroom from the living space. Only complaint was that there was only one AC unit in the living space, but not in the bedroom. There was a fan built into the wall to help circulate the air, but this didn't really do much even on high. Other than that no complaints. Would stay again.

They need to trim the trees that hang over some of the parking spaces. I had to park under one and it was scraping the top of my SUV. Other then that, everything was very nice. It's a very convenient location to my daughter's college. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels. I have stayed 3 times so far and plan on staying again when I visit Springfield. The staff is always very polite and helpful.

Had to move rooms due to whining dogs next door. They did accommodate the move. Staff is friendly. Just not seeing the showplace other reviews have discussed.

It is a nice place. It is showing a little age but still nice. The pool was nice and so was the breakfast.
