Booked a two night stay for a business trip. Arrived after 11PM and the front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. We had an odd situation with the tub when we first checked in - it was running and the drain was plugged. Only a little bit of water had spilled over so it was easily unplugged and the floor dried with a towel. The bed was just a little too firm for us to get too comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained everywhere we saw. Overall a good experience.
Even when I arrived around 5 am they still attended me with patience
The stay was wonderful, my family did not want to leave. We stayed one night and checked out and then we decided we wanted to stay again. The hotel is beautiful and so was the staff. I am going to recommend this hotel to everyone that I know. We will definitely be staying there again and again.
We stayed one Tuesday night here during our trip. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice hotel. Pool and fitness. Average breakfast. Shops nearby. Quiet at night. Would recommend.
Pros: perfect location, courteous staff, clean and spacey rooms, fair pricing, wide variety of breakfast, couldn't hear neighbors or the ice machine room was next to, beds are amazingly comfortable. Cons: water pressure is terrible
Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great hotel for the price. Good variety of restaurants in the vicinity. Would stay again when visiting family for the weekend.

My 8 y.o. daughter and I stayed one night in this hotel while in OKC visting the attractions. For the price, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants nearby and the mall was across the street. Check in was easy and the gave us a cookie while we waited. Our room was very clean and had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The indoor pool was small but we had it nearly to ourselves. My daughter loved it! She also like the mints left on our pillows...just like a "fancy" hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I didn't hear any noise coming from other rooms which is very rare in a hotel. Breakfast was nice..pastries, fruit, cheese, yogurt, bacon, sausage, buscuit & gravy, fresh-made waffels, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee...something for everyone. My daughter wasn't hungry that early so I grabbed her a bag labled "breakfast to go" in the lobby. When she was hungry an hour later it so nice, it included a bagel (with PB & CC), pear, Kashi bar, and trail mix. I enjoyed the free newspaper. I didn't use the fitness room, but it looked small but well equipped...treadmill, elliptical machine, weights. They also slid your reciept under the door the day of departure for fast, easy chek-out (it literally took less than a minute). Overall very nice stay and will definately stay there again next time I'm in OKC.
