Just returned from a two-week stay at this newly renovated resort good for families, business, couples, everyone. Compared to the other resorts in the area which are rather snooty and "Exclusive "the friendly multilingual staff greet you with warmth, gratitude, and will bend over backwards to please you. Coming from America where tipping is almost expected for even unexceptional service I felt bad not tipping for over the top performance of the staff as is the local custom. The property is well laid out easy to navigate and the open air atrium almost makes you think you're outside when you're inside. The indoor fishpond must have at least 30 varieties of tropical fish. Staring into that pond washes your cares away. For young children the front desk has small boxes of fish food which create feeding frenzies and much laughter. Thoroughly enjoyed the Charùka Spa treatments. You definitely have to try the foot reflexology and get a Full body massage. Follow that with a relaxing soak in the Japanese bath It left me feeling like a wet Udon noodle. The resort fee of about ¥3700 is well worth it as it includes access to the indoor pool, the beach umbrella chairs and a few of the do it yourself see toys like kayaks and water tricycles. Izakaya & TeppanYaki are only a short walk south along 58 near the other resorts of Moon beach and Monterey. Definitely recommend JAM for Teppanyaki. One thing I would avoid is the buffet in Senses restaurant as several of the items were below safe serving temperature. Order off the à la cart menu instead The Soba is so good I ordered it on two occasions. My room was well appointed with daily amenities stocked in the bathroom and complementary coffee tea and water. The hot water kettle was used daily to make my tea and coffee, holding over 2 L of water hot all day. Excellent beds with an over abundance of pillows. No complaints about the room. Be sure to enjoy the light show from one of the round loungers in the atrium at 7:45 and 8:45 PM; they change it up day to. day. The Sunset bar is a great place to watch that big orange thing sink into the ocean every night while sipping a Mojito or some other exotic tropical drink. There are several Hammocks outside by the beach which offer excellent places to relax with soft music for ambience. This location is now definitely my go to resort on Okinawa for business and with my wife.

Email enquiries before the trip were promptly answered by Ms Tracy Acosta. Our five nights' stay at the ocean view deluxe room of the South Tower was comfortable. The resort is tastefully designed and has family -friendly facilities and activities which surpassed our expectations. We also love the location convenience of a car rental company, petrol station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. within its close proximity. For the pool users, you may wish to use the water extraction equipment (in the pool shower room) for the swim suits as it dried about 70% of our swimwear in seconds.

The hotel rooms we were in are comfortable and had a great view to the sea. There were always hotel staff greeting and welcoming us warmly from the porch to the lobby and at the breakfast dining place - each hotel staff was professional and yet exudes warmth and helpfulness in engaging the guests. In particular, we would like to commend Ms Kazumi Toyohira, who went out of her way to take care of my parents and made them feel Sheraton is a home away from home for the 8 days of our visit. The facilities are excellent (beach, onsen, indoor pool, water slides, gym, gel candle-making, table-tennis etc) and provided good entertainment alternatives during the rainy days. The hotel has a beautiful indoor sea water pool at the lobby featuring many types of fascinating marine fish. However, the parking should be complimentary for hotel guests though and this is offered by many other hotels in Okinawa.

This resort is definitely perfect for family vacation or couple honeymoon as it has quite sizable room and suite for different size of party travelling plus the resort offers range of activities for guests staying there. The resort is right on the beach and definitely a plus than other properties around which needs to walk to the beach. However, the restaurant and breakfast is only @average@ if compared to luxurious standard. We tried both dinner and breakfast there and I have to go somewhere for meals on the second day of my stay... too boring.

Spent 4 nights here for my wedding anniversary celebration. Excellent hotel with comfortable room and great view. Tracy from room reservation was the star in helping to recommend and make reservation for restaurants, excursions (snorkeling and sunset cruise) and car rental. We have been communicate and planning via email months before arrival and everything turns out perfect. The snorkeling crew were professional and snorkeling gear were very new and clean

Our room was facing the beach and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The room was new and clean. Breakfast was tasty and there were many choices from Western to Asian such as fry-ups, congee and Okinawa noodles. All staff were very polite and friendly. Gym and Japanese Spa are in the annex and had a wonderful ocean view that makes you want to stay longer. Marine Activities were on a discount price for hotel guests and there is a zip line if you have time. There was a charge of 500 yen for a car park per night up to 3 nights, however in my opinion, a car park should be free for hotel guests. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you can't get there easily without a car.

This is my 2nd time to Okinawa. Last year same time I stayed at Hotel Monterey which I thought was already very nice then. Naturally, I tried to book Monterey again for this trip which was unfortunately fully booked already for the whole summer. So I was struggling between Ana Intercon, Renaissance and Sheraton. Ana and Sheraton are both in Onna. Seeing the photos provided by, Ana and Renaissance are too old, I finally decided to try Sheraton due to their big spiraling slides of their outdoor swimming pool and their new South Wing. Oh my god, it was a right decision. I am staying in the new South Wing and on high floor with ocean view room. The interior design of the room is amazingly stylish and very elegant. The room has 538 sq feet so u can imagine its very spacious with a gorgeous bathroom. My son of 7 years old immediately thanked me for staying here right after coming into the room. I would strongly recommend to pay more to stay in this new section of the hotel with bfast and club access. I saw many reviews saying that their buffet bfast was not that good. But I have to oppose to it. I tried it today which was much better than that of Hotel Monterey. The choices are plenty and the food is quite good. Staying at the south wing also gives u a resort pass which allows u to use their indoor pool, hot spring and gym. There are many things for my boss (my 7 years old boy) to play. He didn't want to leave the hotel for any sightseeing. Well, we did visit the major tourist spots in our first visit last year. This time we are taking it easy and will only go out to find nice restaurants in both Nago and Onna and just relax in this nice hotel for the rest of the time. The 58th highway which is right outside of the hotel has so many nice restaurants. The only place we will go again during this trip is Aeon Mall. Lastly, this is a must to rent a car when visiting Okinawa which is so cheap and it is so easy and safe to drive here. All hotels provide free parking for hotel guests ne! Okinawa is truly the best choice for family vacation who wants sun sand sea and amazing yummy food. Shabu shabu with agu pork and their local beef is heavenly. Katsudon restaurant in Onna is also the best. Everything is just perfect!

We went from mid to late Dec 2016, and although we were told all renovation should be completed by then, it was not so. The potential was obvious to see, and the location was very central and convenient. Unfortunately we got a loft family room(top floor) near the lifts which we could hear at night. It was much better after we requested a change of room away from the lifts. The staff were very helpful , even with F & B places outside their hotel

We have spent few nights in Sheraton and one night in ANA Intercontinental. We found ANA was too old i.e. The interior design has not been changed since the 90s. Therefore, we decided to go back to Sheraton and booked an additional night in Sheraton. Got in the South Tower suite. It was a lovely stay with lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Esp. The weather was unstable during the April May season, it is good to find a hotel with indoor pool activity. It is a well all rounded hotel located in a perfect location with numbers of good restaurants i.e. Only 5 mins drive. The food was just above average compare to ANA. ANA food is much better in terms of selection and taste. Having said that we are ready to go back and book this hotel again for my next visit to Okinawa.

Overall great place, wonderful staff, good facilities (just a little out dated), food was good, overall a good place. Family friendly, you really can't go wrong with this place. The beach pool was clean and the sauna was nice and clean. Would consider this place again in the future.
