My stay at Kafuu Hotel Okinawa was fantastic. Room is large and spotlessly clean. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the sea! I’ll definitely choose Kafuu again when I return to Okinawa.

The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Kafuu Stay Memorable

Staff were friendly and helpful. Few spoke English, and English fluency was rare; however, goodwill went a long way in making my stay enjoyable. Cafe offered a high quality food carry out for brunch, as well as options at evening time. Condo offered a beautiful view of the South China Sea. The layout of the condo was impressive . Plenty of kitchen counter space. Included a separate dinning space Japanese style.

Great hotel but issues with handling the crowd

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. But we went there during Japan's school holidays and the hotel was packed. Had to wait 15-20mins in the morning for breakfast. Also had some issues with finding parking space. Wish they can expand their capacity during peak season.

Relaxing Family Holiday (with teen)

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Kafuu Condo. Truly beautiful views from our balcony. We booked an apartment room with half board (breakfast and dinner included). There are 2 options Western food at Italian restaurant or Japanese food (Yakiniku BBQ or Shabu-Shabu) for Dinner. Buffet Breakfast at Italian restaurant or Japanese food at BBQ restaurant, also wonderful and delicious! We tried both and we loved both, especially Okinawan food during breakfast. The staff are friendly, very good, accommodating and very helpful. Big thanks to Laurent the French waiter at Italian restaurant. As a gold member they gave us a welcome drinks 2 types of liqueur and a plate of ham, cheese, dried fruits and nuts on arrival in our room. Thank you Kafuu, we had a wonderful holiday!

What a strange experience. While the best room/apartment we stayed in itself...Everything else was off. The 4000yen amenity was not received. Instead, they gave is a tiny nugget of cheese and nuts, soda water and some shots of coconut water... Which we didn't ask for. The outside pool was CLOSED and unusable the entire time The bath water/shower had a strong stench of CHLORINE and made us smell like swimming pool for days. Most staff did not speak English. The gym is outdated with a broken treadmill The cafe was takeaway only, and super salty Not that many great restaurants around Disappointed.
