Great small hotel near center

Great small hotel close to center, but away from noise. Very modern and clean. Great breakfast with plenty hot and cold options. The shower was a bit small with shower curtain that was clinging to the body. Also, no elevator. Getting luggage to the third floor was a hassle, but overall a great stay. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please.

Nice hotel

Overall is great hotel, staff is nice and friendly always helpful with laggage to bring up and down stairs since there's no elevator. They forgot my crib request for the room but then were nice about it we had no problem bringing it in. Room is nice & clean. However you can hear nextdoor neighbor, having a fan would've been better but we still had good sleep. The smell of cooked food went all the way to the room and was not pleasant in the morning but you can open window to air the room out. I would also recommend putting a little shelf to the bathroom to hold personal essentials over the sink. I would recommend staying there! Overall experience was great and welcoming!

Excellent customer service given by hotel staff always ready to help with solutions to all questions quickly and with smiles. Breakfast was great, tasty, warm food kept at good temperatures, excellent choice at all times.

A really nice hotel to stay at while being in Odes

Rooms- nice clean, was done a recent remodeling.Everything is new. A nice TV in front of the bed. Really pleasant bathroom, however the blind was making the showering process a bit not nice since used to constantly touch and adhere to the body. Breakfast- being honest we were surprised of the meal that we got. It was way over of what we were expecting from a "continental breakfast". Staff- here is a problem. 1- we paid with a Credit card and at the moment of the check in they could not figure out if we paid or not. Was not a nice situation considering that in Odessa during summer weekends there are almost no hotels having vacancies. They told us that will check on it and let us know later on. We stayed for 2 days and at the check out being, already after calling the cab, at the moment of returning the key at the check in they have asked us to pay some "tourist taxes". Lucky we that had some local currency left. Although usually we spend everything except the money for the taxi. If they will do the same to you, just go and leave. Either they tell you this in the very beginning or let them forget about it. This was not nice at all. And being honest it broke almost the entire impression about this hotel...

Отель очень удачно расположен: рядом и бары, и достопримечательности, и магазины. Также очень приветливый персонал. Во время поездки мне нужно было работать и они предоставили meeting room, что было просто замечательно ❤️ Сами номера выполнены в минималистичном дизайне и тоже не вызывают нареканий. В общем, прекрасный вариант для отдыха и работы!
