The staff at this property are top notch. They arranged transfers to and from the train station to the city center and a cab to the airport on departure. Rooms were as expected and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The staffs are very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle service from the train station to the hotel. That is a plus. The train to Venice is about 25 minutes. The hotel has a schedule. I am so glad that we pick this hotel upon seeing the madness in venice.

Staff left our IDs unsecured to show us to the room. When I objected, they insisted on leaving them on their desk. The room door was only 20 feet away but the desk was still not in direct view. My ID is a us government card that is more than just a photo. Exterior was run down and dirty. Room was clean but decor was cheap gaudy not the expected Italian pricy, sophisticated gaudy. Hotel parking area was a muddy mess with the gravel entry and exit a pot hole disaster - did not do my sports car suspension any favors. We booked the hotel for a tour with a guest that cancelled. Since we lived 45 minutes away, it was more beneficial to suck up the nonrefundable cost and sleep at home rather than pay to be miserable.

Under renovation so spa and some things not available. Ridiculous charge to use steam and whirlpool. Don't do it.

It was the perfect location for us to get in and out of Venice and in and out of any other City. It was quiet clean Curtis Perfect for our needs.

Pool located too far from hotel, mattress too hard, staff was great, guided us three many issues mostly transportation.

This hotel sucks. The pictures online look so much nicer than what it really is. Super outdated. Rooms are extremely hot! Ac turns off when you leave your room. Beds are hard as rock. Pillows are terrible. Breakfast is nasty. Only thing I liked about this hotel is the staff. Really nice people. Especially the owner.

This was a gem the hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious I wo definitely return

Good hotel right outside of venice. Perfect if u do not want to stay in a very crowed venice area.

The Hotel was fine, but I only stayed 1 night, the bed was hard, but so is the bed in the hotel I am staying in right now,.......... a european thing? not much to see in the vicinity of the hotel

So at first I was a little skeptical since when I booked the hotel it only had 2 reviews and neither one of them were in English. I am so glad that I decided to take the risk and stay. Everything about this hotel was great. I stayed a week here for my honeymoon and I could not have been more pleased. First, the staff were Awesome! This is a family owned and run establishment and it shows in the way we were treated by all of the staff. They were extremely polite, courteous and professional. Not in a fake I'm just tying to get your money way but in a very genuine way like you would encounter if you stayed there all of the time. All of the issues we had were minor and INSTANTLY resolved. The value and quality of the stay were excellent. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was absolutely delicious and available from the kitchen 24/7. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was away from the crowd and hustle of Venice but not to far away when you wanted to go into the city.(Quarto d Altino was a few min walk away, Venice about 30 min by train). The only way the my experience here could have been any better is if something completely unreasonable occurred( i.e. free Prosecco every night or chocolate came out of the faucets whenever you wanted). Joking aside I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the region.
